Description:

The kd 54 fill a moving can on conveyer by vibration feeder, control by weight.

The machine fit for rolling material like olives, rice, or powder. At the middle of the conveyer

compose an piston. When the moving can arrive to the weight an piston operate and arise the can.

The can disconnect from the conveyer and stop move. The weight of the can sense by the

weight and the vibration feeder start operate, the material move from the vibrator to the can.

At the moment the weight of the can equal to the desire set point, the vibrator stop work.

The piston go down and the can start move forward.

KD54 include this component:

Conveyer, weight, piston, vibration feeder, control box.

There is 3 way to use the machine:

1. Low volume can.

    The kd 54 fill all the capacity of the can.

2. Large volume can.

   Fast filling machine fill about  90%  of the capacity. The can move on conveyer. When       

   the can arrive to the KD 54. The rest of the capacity fill by the vibration feeder control by

  the KD 54, exactly according to the weight.  

3. In a case of filling cucumber (not moving material by vibrator).

   Fast filling machine fill about 95% of the capacity. When the can arrive to the KD 54       

An piston rise up the can. Worker watching the display weight and fill the can by hand.
