Description:

the FDR filling machine fits especially for feeding small and exact quantity of little pieces like garlic or mustard. The FDR is suit especially for adding a little quantity of spice to moving jars. The FDR filling machine can feed volume varying from 2 ml to 1000 ml. The FDR 42 can feed more than 150 jars per minute, depend on the material and the quantity. The material slips by a vibrator and fill a cubicle. A jar moves on the Conveyer toward the machine. A photocell detects the jar. After the detection, a piston opens a door and the material dropped to the jar. After emptying the cubicle, the filling operation execute again.  The FDR 42 is the best solution for adding spice to jar.
