Problem:
how could the costumer confirm the jar stayed closed from the moment of production?
Solution:
The jar should be close with a lid which
created with a bump in it center. The
bump has two conditions: up or down,
there is no other condition. When there
is a vacuum in the jar, the bump down.
When there is no vacuum, the bump is up.
The costumer can check the jar by
pressing the center of the lid. In case
there is no vacuum, the center of the
lid will be up, pressing on it will pop
down the lid and a "pop" sound will be
heard.
Problem:
how to check in all of the jars that the center of it lid down, while production process?
Solution:
it recommended using a machine, which could detect if the center of the lid is up or down, while moving.
Description:
The SNS 27 measures the jar lid depression and detect a jar without vacuum. A jar without vacuum
automatically rejected from the line. The depression of the lid's center measures by Inductive Analog
sensor. The measurements processed by P.L.C, which detect a bad jar.
